Service availability is limited to our published service area in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties, Florida.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free and based on the information you provide and a site review. All quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions discovered on arrival (e.g., severe staining, hidden damage, additional surface area). Any change in scope will be discussed with you before work proceeds.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a quote is accepted, we will schedule your service. Weather, post-storm conditions, or equipment factors may require rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice without charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We back every job with a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you walk through the finished work and aren't happy, we'll re-clean the area at no cost. The guarantee covers the cleaning method we performed and does not extend to pre-existing damage, surfaces excluded from the quote, or growth that returns after the cleaning is complete.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and disclose known hazards (loose tiles, hidden cables, pets on premises, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse or pause work if conditions present safety, environmental, or property-damage risks.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, credit card, check, and bank transfer.

Liability

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed property defects, or your failure to follow pre-service instructions.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website lawfully. You may not attempt to interfere with website functionality, scrape content for commercial use, or submit false information through our forms.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photos, and design, is the property of Cape Coral Pressure Washing or used with permission. You may not reproduce or republish content without written permission.

Changes to Terms
